SafePath Youth Transportation is a Texas-based service dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and trauma-informed transportation for youth involved in the child welfare system. With over 30 years of combined professional experience, our founders — Howard and Dannada — bring deep expertise across case management, special education, foster care, and community-based services.
Howard brings over 15 years of experience working in collaboration with Child Protective Services, the Office of Mental Health, the Office of Juvenile Probation, Health and Human Services, and other community partners. His background spans service coordination, crisis intervention, and ongoing case documentation to ensure compliance and continuity of care. Howard was serviced our homeless youth and adults with Harris County for 4 yrs Harris County Case Management.
Dannada brings over 15 years of experience working with youth and families and currently serves as a Special Education Teacher. She specializes in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and behavioral diagnoses, utilizing evidence-based strategies in behavior management, conflict resolution, and individualized care planning.
As certified licensed foster parents in Texas, we bring firsthand understanding of the needs of children in care. SafePath operates with a strong emphasis on accountability, communication, and the well-being of every child served — ensuring each transport is conducted with care, dignity, and adherence to established safety protocols.
